This ballot is built to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. It works with screen readers, announcing the open motion and your vote confirmation aloud, and supports full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator. Color is never the only way status is shown: the interface uses the cividis palette, which stays legible for readers with a color vision deficiency. It also respects your device's reduced-motion and light or dark mode preferences.

Privacy

Your ballot is confidential. The system keeps no connection between you and how you voted, and it never records your IP address, your device, or the time of your vote. No one, including meeting officers and university administrators, can determine how any individual voted. This vote is administered on an external server, independent of university systems, and is destroyed once the minutes are approved.
